Promote and sell premium gate automation, garage shutters, and integrated security to homes and commercial projects. You'll generate leads, run site visits, prepare quotations, and close work across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
What you'll do
- Generate and convert leads through field visits, referrals, and inbound enquiries
- Advise on gate automation, shutters, boom barriers, CCTV, access control, and home automation
- Conduct site visits and demonstrations, and coordinate technical assessments
- Prepare quotations, negotiate within guidelines, and close orders
- Build relationships with builders, architects, and channel partners
- Keep CRM, pipeline, and follow-ups accurate
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years in sales, business development, or field sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up
- Willingness to travel across Kerala and Tamil Nadu
- Valid driving licence is an advantage
Preferred
- Familiarity with NICE, DITEC, Beninca, or CAME
- Existing builder, architect, or contractor relationships
